1:25.3	and so on and so forth it's a reminder that says if you're willing to do it and practice it and
1:31.6	preach it then without a doubt no overthinking no imposter syndrome you deserve to feel the same
1:39.8	things 100% and that's how you rationalize what you deserve in life tell you prove what you deserve
1:47.3	in life it's simple and the answer when you look at it that way is always yes you deserve those
1:54.4	things because you're willing to do the same and I'm going to dive into this topic in a bit here
1:58.9	because I think it's so important so important because we're very quick to talk ourselves out of
2:04.5	what we deserve in life we're very quick to throw our standards right out the window to lower the
2:10.8	bar and settle but this is like a quick and like grounding way to remind ourselves to not do that
2:20.6	no matter how tempting it might be so I'll hop into it in just a quick minute before I do
