Hey everyone and welcome back to Big Mad True Crime where we get Big Mad over

True Crime. I'm your host Heather Ashley and today's case is out of Monroe County

Michigan. Small talk sucks so let's dive in. Chelsea Brooke was a 90s baby through and through. She was the baby of her family, the youngest of five, to her parents Matthew and Leanda.

Now, they raised their kids, which were four girls and a boy on a farm in maybe Michigan,

and that is the tiniest little town there ever was. I mean, it hosts a whopping 550 residents,

and the town's motto is literally maybe the smallest town in Michigan.

If you ever saw Chelsea, she had the biggest gigantic smile on her face. There was just something about her that was so

optimistic. She could find the silver lining in any situation and if you couldn't she

could at least make you laugh. In her free time she loves snuggling with her dog and cats,

binge watching Doctor Who getting lost in a book and baking. She also loved musicals and music,

especially her favorite band, Queen. So essentially, Chelsea was one of us.

In October of 2014, Dateline reports that Chelsea was planning to attend this big annual Halloween party
