Hi everyone and welcome back to another guided meditation.

Today's meditation is going to be focused on nighttime anxiety.

So I assume if you're here and you're listening to this, you either deal with nighttime anxiety

or you're struggling with it

in this exact moment at night and you're just feeling anxious. So I want you to settle into your

bed and let your body find a position that feels comfortable enough. It doesn't have to be perfect.

And I want you to take a slow breath in through your nose

and let it fall through your mouth.

Tonight, there's nowhere you need to go.

Nothing you need to solve, nothing you need to prepare for.

This current moment is for rest.

Your nervous system has carried you through an entire day, conversations, thoughts, decisions,
