this mentality where I'd like laugh at other people who would say obvious things or who

would post obvious quotes or like obvious mindsets I'd be like all right thank you captain

obvious that's great or like that's that's cliche okay thank you man but you know I

realize that there is a lot of power in reminding yourself reminding others of obvious truths

because I say it a lot in the podcast but we're all human and I feel like our number one

favorite thing to do in life is to know one thing but do another it's to know what we deserve

but to accept less it's to set a high standard for ourselves but then to turn around and

not respect it it's to know our talent in life but to not practice it and so on and so

forth we know one thing but we do another so I realize that we actually do and there

actually is power in being reminded of simple truths being reminded of what we're capable

of being reminded of our worth and to be reminded of it frequently you know I no longer

think it's like stupid or a waste of time to remind myself of obvious truths or others

in a helpful way you know I no longer think that I cliche is a cliche and that it's not
