Hey guys, welcome to episode number 262 of the Industrial Strength Show.

I got a great show for you guys today.

Nice change of pace from the past couple of weeks. I've been doing solo Q&As which I appreciate all the positive feedback I have gotten you guys seem to really enjoy the the past couple of weeks and the Q&As

So thank you for that feedback. I'm glad you guys enjoyed them and benefited from the the questions and answers. But today

instead of just hearing my voice the entire show I'm sure you guys are probably getting a little bit

sick of hearing me you're you're gonna hear a little less from me today because I got

my man Ben Bruno joining me from the West Coast I I Ben has been one of the most

requested guests over the past year, year and a half, and I have

been wanting to get him on the show, but I wanted to do the show in person.

I was going to try to set it up next time we did a certification in California or next time he was in New York, New Jersey area, but due to the circumstances and everything

going on in the world, I said, you know what, who knows when the next time is that we're going to be able to get together with anyone.

So let me get a hold of Ben, get him on the show ASAP.

You guys have been asking for him.

I've been wanting to have a conversation here with him because I truly feel like he is

one of the best in the biz and certainly one of the good guys,

the true good guys in this industry.

I mean, well, first of all, if you don't know

who Ben is, I've known Ben for over 10 years he actually tells a story when we first met

Over a decade ago he's he's an East Coast guy who came and visited me at my gym in Wyckoff, New Jersey,

but since then a couple years ago he actually moved out to Los Angeles, had some opportunities out there, and has just been absolutely killing it.

Like his client list is a who's who of a listers actors actresses pro-athletes

musicians supermodels like you name it, my man is training them.
