So, you know, I just wanted to, you know, obviously it's been a year of the whole COVID stuff.

kidding. It's, it's been rough because, like, I'm in Toronto. I'm in Canada. And we are

probably the hardest, like one of the hardest lockdowns in the world. Like, for example, if you

look at the states, like obviously every state is a bit different, but I remember, like, places like Florida, places like Texas, they locked down for a little bit, and then they pretty much opened up or they had, like, opened up with limited capacity. But, like, I'm seeing people on my social media as early as, like, last June, and they're in the gyms. Maybe it's half capacity, but they're in the gyms.

And even places like New York, like they kind of gradually go, we're here and we've had

in the beginning, it was so bad.

Dude, I remember I was at a calisthenics park in like July.

And this is after already what, four or five months of lockdown.

No gym. I don't have any home equipment. And all I have is a set of dumbbells going up to 20,

which I bought for my girlfriend two years ago as like a gift. And so it's funny, I got him for her.

I'm like, hey, babe, here are some fives, tens, and maybe 20s. And here I am using that as the only exercise equipment I have. That and like some old resistance ban. And I remember it was July and I was at a calisthenics park just doing pull-ups, push-ups, because that's all I had. And then the cops came and kicked me out because this is when we were like full out 100% sit your ass

at home lockdown it got to the point where I can't go to the gym and now I can't

even do pull-ups in the park because there's some dude eight feet away from me
