And, you know, one thing I'm really big on is you can't beat the person that just keeps getting up. You know, to understand that yes, you might fall down. Yes, you might fail, you know, and having that understanding is just like such a superpower, in my opinion, because, you know, if you have the understanding that if you fall down, you can get up, you can overcome it. You can overcome any adversity, any challenge. You know you're going to succeed, right?

Time and time again with clients, I've said, like even, you know, getting COVID, I'm like, yes, it's going to be tough. You're going to be out of the gym for a little bit. It's going to be a little disheartening. You know, you're going to feel like you're going to lose all your gains. Like I'm just as bad. When I get sick, you know, I feel like it's all ending all my hard work.

I'm like, what the heck?

But to have that optimism of, hey, this is just a little obstacle.

What can I control in this moment what can i be aware of maybe i can't train as hard because i'm sick but i can eat better than ever i can nail my nutrition i can work on my learning i can set my goal setting so you know to have that acceptance that yes sometimes things get hard yes bad things can happen but no matter what you're going to find a solution you're going to have that acceptance that, yes, sometimes things get hard. Yes, bad things can happen.

But no matter what, you're going to find a solution, you're going to overcome it basically means you cannot lose. And by having that mindset, by staying consistent, you literally will be undefeatable. I love that. I mean, hey, you've been snowboarding with me a few times this year. Like I've fallen what 600 times and now I'm a professional, right?

No, I'm just kidding. But no, it's the same analogy I posted on our story, yes, a couple of days ago saying that, you know, there's so many lessons to be learned through even sports as well.

Like, you know, you just got to keep going. That's the thing. Like there's going to be so many times

road out like you know something happens it's like it's such an easy excuse to be like okay I'm done

Yeah, like I made a note for the thoughts about power of persistence. Like that's the exact point. You know, like Kyle first came out snowboarding. Obviously, we said it before on the podcast here. We took him out. He started to get a flow of it. He's feeling good. And then right at the end, like he hit a big patch of ice and smoked his head. And he was using one of my extra helmets. So it was too big.
