As part of our business build-out interview series, we're joined today with Dan Triggip.

Dan Triggip leads health care partnerships on the West Coast for Lift

with a focus on elder mobility and finding new Innovative Solutions to leverage the Lift platform for our aging population

Before Lift, Dan spent time working in business development at eBay and previous to that founded several

companies including Open Placement, which is a care coordination platform allowing hospital

professionals to connect with post-acute care providers such as senior communities for their

patients at the moment of discharge. I first met Dan Trigib at the Boomer

Venture Summit and just thought at the time what a great guest he'd be for the not old better show audience given Dan's deep health care background and

Dan Trigib's personal and professional reasons for doing the work he does.

It's a very different market when we think about the needs, the challenges of our aging population.

And maybe just even to step back for a second.

When I came to lift just over two and a half years ago,

one of my original mandates was really,

how do we help grow this focus within the elder mobility space,

our focus within reaching our elder

demographic. And my background has been in health care. I spent a lot of time

working senior care and I've also been a caretaker for my grandparent.
