It's an honor to be here. What are you doing in L.A.? What are you doing down here?

Well, a whole lot of training. You know, as we've talked last year was a bit of a disappointment

for me, but I was able to look in the mirror and say,

hey, although you had a disappointing year and you didn't compete to the level that you wanted,

what's kind of hit the reset button. Now, Ellie and I and our dog Bella, of course.

Yeah, yeah, they're both great. But we're here in LA. It's been a ton of working out.

A lot of sacrifice, both, you know, especially for my wife. We generally

spend a ton of time together in the summer and she's kind of just taking the backseat and

allowed me to just really get after it. And it's been just so amazing. I mean, it's such a good

point right now in my, in my workout regimen and with how

I approach each day, my mindset, my confidence level. Everything is just flowing and it just,

it feels so right. And so yeah, like I mentioned, it's been a ton of work, but it's been great.
