where we are in our life's journey and that's the temptation to give up so you

know whether you are tempted to give up on a business you've built your

fitness routine you know maybe you're training for a marathon maybe you're just

focused on bettering a certain aspect of your life maybe you know you're

tempted to give up on a relationship you're in or your career path whatever it

is I think this is a pretty familiar feeling and I have some thoughts on it on

what you can do when you feel like giving up that it really helped me and I
