summertime 4th of July weekend to the American folks. Maybe there's some people listening

overseas that don't care about the 4th of July. Maybe there's people right here in

America that don't care about the 4th of July. Whatever you care about, whatever

you love, however you feel, welcome. It's summertime here in the

northern hemisphere. I'm enjoying the hell out of it. I love the summer. Isn't it strange to think?

It's always hard to imagine the other seasons when you're in the midst of one season. I don't know what the metaphor is there.

When I'm walking around it's 85 degrees. I'm in shorts and a t-shirt and it's hard to think about just a couple months ago I was in

thermal underwear and boots and you know winter coat and a hat shivering.

But the winter will be back upon us.

The seasons are nice.

I'm glad I live in an area that has seasons.

I guess everywhere has seasons, but I guess

extreme seasons.

Whatever. I never know what I'm talking about.

Sometimes I think I should rehearse these or write them beforehand.

I'm just free-flowing like a windy breeze on an old lake.
