0:04.6

today's episode, because if you have ever said to yourself, my metabolism is just broken. My

0:10.4

metabolism just doesn't work. I'm going to stop you right there, because today we're going to talk

0:15.3

1:29.6

challenge. So we had a huge influx of questions or just things that people wanted to know or help

1:34.0

with or whatever it was. Now, because I stepped into her role, which is a full-time job,

1:39.8

1:45.7

And I'm going to be honest here.

1:54.0

Andrea from 2024 and previous probably would have white-knuckled it and figured out how to do her job and how to keep all of the things that I'm already doing on my plate and just tried to do all

1:59.9

the things at once. But Andrea of late 2024, 2025,
