Well, hey there, I want to start this episode by telling you congratulations for making it to the end of 2025.

Whether it was an amazing year for you with a lot of highs or it was a rough year for you and it felt like things just didn't go to plan, you made it to the very end and we're ready for January for kind of a fresh new start.

always disappear by the end of the month? December brings so much joy, it brings a lot of

busyness and a lot of chaos. And this also creates a lack of

routine. So when January comes around, we are ready for change. We're ready to set some goals.

We're ready to have a routine again. So why is it that only 9 to 12% of people actually

stick with their New Year's resolutions all year? And about 80% or more stop within a few weeks

or months. I definitely have some thoughts on this and I'm going to break it down today because I want

I do want to say that I have a small goal constantly, whether it's New Year's resolution often doesn't work out. I do want to say that I have

a small goal constantly, whether it's New Year's or not, to drink enough water. And this is one of the
