My philosophy has not really changed too much. I focus on asset allocation first, where I

allocate a percentage of my net worth to stocks, which is about 30%, a percentage to real estate, which is about 50%.

A percentage to private investments, and alternative investments, which is about 15%.

And the rest of bonds and more safe and alternative investments, which is about 15% and the rest of bonds and more safe secure

investments such as savings, CDs and municipal bonds actually. I have a lot of municipal bonds to give me that risk-free or tax-free income.

Now at 45 in 2022 I've entered the decumulation phase where I'm trying to spend more money more purposefully

So that I don't die with too much and I think this is one of the problems and issues that a lot of us who save and invest so aggressively for so long need to

faith.
