It doesn't give me that peace of mind or the peace of mind doesn't

outweigh all the other you know all the other benefits that I have by not paying it

early and you know enjoying that high return somewhere else where and at the same time I still have

I'm comfortable paying it so it's not like a huge payment we can do it so once we've done it

it's like okay we know we can do it so once we've done it is like okay we know we can do it but we choose not to do it.
