So I'm in this episode going to give you some tips that will help you immensely as you are sitting on and reflecting what you would like this next year to look like, what goals you would

And especially if your goal, if something you want is to quit porn, I want to help you stay committed to that so that you can actually make it happen. What's amazing about the new year is that there is this surge of energy and we want to use it.
