very helpful, especially for yoga neophytes, and I continue to be one even after three decades.

And obviously, Khamun delivers a great many video courses. But Skylar has always wanted to

experiment with delivering a yoga and breathwork practice

that did not require the practitioner to look at a screen. So guess what I'm giving her,

and I suppose by extension you for Christmas. That's right. Skyler is teaching a mini capsule
