I want y'all to know that I did not write any notes

for what I'm about to say because I really just wanted to

turn on the microphone and even like close my eyes and speak from the heart and I'm

talking to any of you who are coaches, who are teachers, who are therapists even, who are people who are in some kind of service or care or help profession.

Anyone who is working with people's brains

and trying to help them develop a different way of being in the world.

This work, my work, the work of dismantling, social messaging and social oppression from the inside out,

I truly believe is going to change the world.

And it's not that I'm going to change the world. And it's not that I'm going to change the world.

It's that we are all going to change the world.

This is a collective project.

This is not about me. It's not something I could do alone. It's not something I know everything about.

I also am part of the collective that has been shaped by social messaging and that has deprogramming to do and I am just one piece of the collective genius that lies inside of people who have been marginalized and oppressed and dismissed and ignored for so much of history.

And that is really what for me this work is about and And I love doing that work directly with my students in the clutch.

And I love teaching coaches and teachers and therapists

and anyone who is helping people change the way they've been

socialized to think. And so if you feel that you are part of this mission, if you
