All right, welcome to episode two fifty three. Hello my friend, welcome to a

fresh new episode of new mindset who this and I'll just hop into it. You know

the drill, you know how grateful I am to have you listen to have you share to

have you check out new mindset who this calm. That's it. I'm a pretty simple

guy. It's a pretty simple deal. You know, and I do this podcast for you. I do it

for me and I really appreciate everyone who listens. So thank you for listening

and thank you for sharing. But I'll hop into this topic today because I've had a

lot of requests to do it. And it's this idea of green flags. Green flags as they

relate to dating and relationships and then everything in between. And I'm

sure you've heard of red flags. I've done episodes on red flags before.

You know, hopefully you have a good idea of what is a red flag to you when

you're dating someone, you know, it's something that says, Hey, intuitively this

person isn't right for me or that's a warning sign that they're not ready or

they're not the right person or whatever, you know, those are those are red flags.

And if you've picked up your copy of single as your superpower, you've
