| 0:46.6 | They're like, oh, yeah, sure. You know, and I started to shop around on these with these contractors based on price because in my mind, you know, all contractors are the same. |

| 1:01.0 | Well, after tons of wasted money, stuff not working, two years later, I'm still here with no |
