We are going to get into it today. I'm so excited. I feel a renewed sense of wanting to educate,

0:10.3

wanting to talk about certain topics. And a lot of that is because I just attended a women's

0:16.2

health summit on hormones about two weeks ago. And it has just been on my mind like wildfire.

0:24.2

There were definitely a couple of concepts I learned in it that some of them I knew,

0:29.1

I knew vaguely, but being able to see the details in more vividness has made such a fire

0:36.2

for me in talking a little bit more about women's health and

0:39.3

about hormones and so much more. You know, I've always been passionate about women's health.

0:44.3

I've always been passionate about understanding the deep core and the pelvic floor. I've always

1:26.5

out kind of these aha moments

1:28.9

right away to you before I dive into even more in detail. And this was a three-day conference.

1:34.3

Each day was, I don't know, maybe eight hours. They were really long days. But I soaked up so

1:40.2

much information. It was amazing. This is part of the reason why I wanted to go. I brought two of my

1:47.2

coaches with me so that we could infuse this into our coaching when we work with women. So we could

1:52.5

really coach our clients more holistically and make sure that not only are we aware of their

1:57.3

nutritional needs, but aware of how their gut is functioning, aware of how

2:01.3

their hormones are functioning, aware of making sure that their workout plans are effective
