I want to first reference what guided meditation is and what

silent meditation is. I want everyone to understand that you can move beyond your guided

meditations and get into some time where you have some real silence,

some real focus on just your breathing

and you and your thoughts.

It's a beautiful place to really grow and to really come to terms with

what your thoughts are doing. Now that being said I really believe that I have come to believe that I have come to believe that guided meditations are amazing as far as getting your feet wet, getting you into a place where you can be calm,

where you can sit for more than a moment at a time without looking at your phone

or reading a book or something on those sorts where we're distracted,

but to actually be sitting, feel your muscles calming, feel your breathing, and being guided through some

visualization and some beauty that keeps you focused so that you actually are letting your thoughts

And after you're really comfortable with all of those, I do highly recommend that you start

spending some time with silence.
