Okay, so I've been playing with basically the same 10 pounds, like lose it, I gain lose it I gain it and I you know looking at it

strategically like you've taught me I think that was because I haven't been working out as much.

I mean, some of it's my diet.

I mean, I'm consistent, but that I'm not all that.

I'm overall consistent.

So I think, maybe that's what's doing it, but I don't know if I need to change things up as far as my plan, my keto, I don't know.
