We are still in our survival series, believe it or not.

Yeah, this one has been a lot.

I was telling Jen after we recorded last week that why are the worst of the worst

in the Survivor series. And we actually got to talking about it. And it was an interesting point.

We were like, well, I guess it's because we know what really happened. You know, maybe all the

stories are this bad, but we don't know because they didn't survive.

So with that said, this episode does come with a big old trigger warning.

It does get pretty graphic.

I will say the survivor has been pretty open with her story, which is why we are comfortable sharing it.

But this can be disturbing.

It talks about rape, torture, etc.

Seriously, it's heavy.

On May 19, 77, Colleen Stan, she's 20 years old.

She's hitchhacking from Eugene, Oregon, to California.

Colleen was born December 31st,

1956. She was going to visit a friend for her birthday, and she left at 11 o'clock that morning with a sleeping bag and a backpack. Colleen's not a stranger to hitchhacking, and she considered

herself to be really pretty cautious about it.

She's not going to get in the car with just anyone. She had made it most of the way that day.
