Hi, welcome back to Monday meditations.

Today we're going to do one about being still, being still in God's present.

So take a deep breath in in through your nose, and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop, unclench your jaw.

Let this be your pause, your reminder that you don't have to carry it all right now.

Wherever you are, whatever's been racing through your mind, this moment is your invitation to be still.

As you breathe, imagine God's presence filling the space around you, quiet, steady, unshakable.

He's not in a rush. He's not asking you to figure it out. He's simply here.

And with every breath in, whisper silently. Be still.
