So this is your opportunity to say, hey, like, maybe I want to test out rock climbing or maybe I want to start kayaking more or maybe this is the year I'm actually going to power lift. Like this is your chance to jump into a new experience. Maybe try something different and let's say you don't like it. So what? At least you tried something new. This could be a great time to find a new form of fitness i have quite a few clients that are signing up for their first ever powerlifting meets and i think it's incredible so use that new momentum to try something different awesome and this kind of carries over into number two which is just simply trying to figure out how can you get that extra edge this year so for the past two weeks I've been kind of brainstorming. I made a list of just things that have kind of been holding me back |
