What would you like to focus on here today?

Well, probably just a little bit of everything. Just getting my mind back in it. I think that's it. You know, I struggle. I do great for a week, two weeks, and then I just, you know, I fall off it again and we have to start over and it's just a vicious cycle back and forth.

But, you know, it's like I can be so good for a couple weeks. back and

it's like I can be so good for a couple weeks and then I just have one bad day and then it just

snowballs. So it's just getting my mind back into it.

Yeah, I think, you know, I've been thinking about you a lot and I think that it's kind of, you're in a situation

where you get fired up and it's kind of like you're sprinting forward for a week or two weeks like you said

then something happens and you start walking backwards for maybe four weeks so it's this

a little bit of progress and then we backslide past the point that we just got to so I mean you have have

achieved really great things with the transformation you've been at like 70 pounds lost and all this stuff and I know like the physical state that you're in right now it doesn't like fully represent who you really are. I know you don't feel healthy. I know you don't feel happy about you know your health and things like that. So I mean I
