| 1:12.6 | So all it is is a strategy, okay? It's a learned strategy which is creating more and more anxiety, |
| 1:19.6 | and that's the issue, simply because it is a strategy. |
| 1:24.6 | So forgetting about the label of anxiety because more often than not the |
| 1:29.2 | labels I can understand why we have labels but are not the most beneficial thing |
| 1:33.5 | because we can believe them so much let's just consider anxiety as more of |
| 1:38.8 | something that you're doing on a consistent basis which is a strategy that |
| 1:43.8 | whenever this happens you you feel anxious, |
| 1:46.0 | whenever that thought pattern, that old behavior, that belief system, that internal self-dialogue, |
