Hey guys, now this is my third video on how you can let go of anxiety, get more calmness in your life, feel more empowered and get more confidence to do all the type of things that you want to,

and therefore transforming every error of your life. As you know, in my previous videos, I've talked about how I experienced anxiety. It wasn't very cool.

It wasn't very nice. So I went on a mission to figure out how my mind worked to be able to

really live the life that I wanted. And it led me into doing what I do now, which is actually

sharing how you too can let go of anxiety and how you can really transform your life because of maybe

because you had anxiety and you let it go that you really excel your life to a whole new

really get your mind working for you I really believe that's how our mind should be.

It shouldn't be going against us.

Our body should not be going against us,

giving us the worry, giving us the anxiety of a negative self-talk.

We should really be in control of our mind and therefore our results.

And if we're in charge of our results, we're in charge of how we act and react in this

So this is really exciting and these two things really helped me.

Now before I explain these two tips, it's really important to also tell you a little bit

about anxiety, how it works, so that means when we get to the tips, you know exactly how it's actually working for you,
