If you're in the restaurant business, this is the week that the phones are ringing

off the hook with desperate guys trying to get reservations.

This is the wheat for heart-shaped desserts and all kinds of caviar and specialty items on the menu.

It's also a great day to have a nice bottle of wine.

This year I'll be pouring some Chateau de Valentine's Rosé

and I'll be featuring some older bottles of Kalon Seger

because it has that awesome giant heart on the label.

I'm also putting on a little mini section of some of my favorite wines made by couples who are
