| 1:15.3 | and the wine buyer for the restaurant that I was at |
| 1:17.8 | had learned at Gramercy Tavern |
| 1:19.7 | and was one of the sort of early managers of that staff and had been you know in |
| 1:25.7 | cahoots with the likes of Paul Greco and Robert Boer and you know all of the |
| 1:29.7 | sort of Tom Kalecio and all the guys who are heard of those guys. |
