2017 it's going to be a beautiful year because every year is beautiful and one thing I definitely learned and we're going to speak about this a lot today

and I think especially with your work environment there should be times where you are doing that saying am I getting the most out of my work environment but when it comes to your downtime you want to be careful of that mindset because the chances are you just need to chill. You just

need to relax and say right I've got half a day off and I'm just going to see how

it goes. I've got some loose plans. You know I don't need to micromanage every part of my day off.

And I definitely fell foul of that from the mindset of making myself a very productive person
