Working from within the Ladmag world of FHM and Zoo, Katie attended countless celebrity

parties and high-profile events in London throughout the 2000s.

From dining at the Ivy to working on the huge live-eight event,

she was living the life.

Until one day, it was all turned upside down

and she had to start all over again.

Katie has a fascinating story

and is a great example to anyone out there going through tough times.

I want to roll back all the way back, Katie, in sort of in your 20s. Obviously, you're a Bournemouth girl,

went to London. Tell me what you did for work in London in your 20s.

So, gosh, well, first of all, I guess to map back even further than that,

I had never had any idea what I wanted to do when I was younger.

I wanted to be a hairdresser, wanted to, well, I didn't know what I wanted to do.

So I needed money.

So I went into the world of advertising.

So I actually started working for quite a big, I guess, publisher down in Bournemouth
