When think about starting the year over,

what we wanted to do was find clips from interviews

that we've done.

We've flown all over the country to interview some of the, just really the greatest

guests you can imagine.

We basically wanted to give you the big sort of self-help, tangible take-away nuggets from these

interviews so that you could start 2017 with a framework to do your

best possible work to achieve excellence and to grow your business.

So I'm really, really excited about this episode.

I think there's going to be a lot in here for you. I do want to start off with Mark and Brian Canless.

Again, Canless Restaurant has won, I think, 16 or 17 grand awards in a row from Wine Spectator magazine.

One of the finest fine dining restaurants on the West Coast.

They're in Seattle, this beautiful restaurant overlooking Lake Union.

I've been blessed enough to go there a couple times and to become friends with Mark and

Brian.

What strikes me about Canless Restaurant,

the food is great, of course, the wine list is amazing.
