So yesterday we talked about physical health, like working out and your physical goals.

Today, just on that note, I want to talk about, let's be honest, the harder part

of it, nutrition. So for the most part, what I've seen over the years is that we don't struggle

as much with our fitness. The working out part most of us can do and stick to. But the nutrition

part is where it gets a bit dicey and that's where,

I've had over the years with any of our customers in the fit gym or any of our coaches,

the hang up is not so much the workout. Once they find that workout that works for them,

they have that accountability. They've talked about yesterday. They figure out why they want it. They've got it. They can do that. They can work out, you know, five-ish days a week, 30 minutes or less a day. They can do that. But the nutrition is where I hear it all the time that either they don't, it's expensive to eat healthy or they don't

have the time or they travel a lot or what if you have kids like all those are usually the top

reasons and it's just life gets in the way, right? So I want to take you through a couple of things

from one girl to hopefully another. If you're a dude, I got you. But I'm someone that I've never been that girl

that wanted to have boiled chicken breast and some broccoli on the side every single day. No,

I'm not that person. And that's one thing that I started to realize is people that were like shredded
