And sometimes it's just a life transition. Sometimes it can be a seasonal transition.

Sometimes it can just be that the world feels completely out of control. And we are either very,

very anxious or very stressed. And we don't really know how to control it or how to kind of breathe and work through those

issues. And the more that you have that situation happening to you, the less you are able to

persevere and move forward. So being able to manage stress and anxiety is definitely something

that should be talked about. And can I just kick this off by saying like give yourself some grace, you are a human. And I'm going to give you a couple tips and tricks of

ways that I deal with it and how I am able to go about my day and at least have that bounce back
