hates talking about how he can't work out and he can't train and all this other stuff he thinks he looks like crap but as all of you know

nobody looks better at 73 or 53 most people don't look as good as him that are half

his age so I just wanted to recognize my dad

couldn't be luckier to have been raised by such an incredible

have a father or father figure like you know a male figure in their life growing up which I can't even

imagine because I just grew up with all the support someone that was always there for us, you know, yes, he was tough and he wasn't always easy on us but he taught me about respect, work ethic, you know, treating people

the way you would like to be treated and I wouldn't be where I am today without both my parents but you

know more specifically recognizing my dad on on his birthday. The first person to introduce me to the gym and how to lift the weight.

So, which is crazy, I've actually made a freaking career out of that now but it all wouldn't be possible without my dad so
