And I just it kind of hit me because even Josh myself, like for the last few months, like we've been really trying to bring more people on board and trying to just get more people on our team. So like we, we know that in order to succeed just in the long run, you have to have a team, right? And everyone's team's going to look different. And so, for example, Josh and myself, you know, we brought on an assistant coach. So that way, you know, we're going to have her on an upcoming episode as well. Her name's Abby. We have an assistant, a virtual assistant to help us do a lot of other things in Tassan. Basically, we're trying to build our team, a graphic designer, a filmer and all that stuff. and that's our team. There's going to be some of you out here who are just maybe looking to lose fat.
