is the ugliness of invulnerable. Now we talk about invulnerability all the time in fact

it's one of the foundational elements being vulnerable is how we build

trust on a team. And trust is at the basis of the pyramid for building a team. And so it's so

critical that we learn how to be vulnerable with one another because it engenders trust and openness and honesty and humility.

when you meet a person who is generally invulnerable,
