And I just wanted to elaborate.

I think a lot of times people will sign up for like maybe even like a personal training service or just whatever it is that they want even online coaching potentially. And they think that someone's going to do the pushups for them. And I just wanted to let you know like no matter what you end up doing, you always have to still put in the work. That's the main thing. Like, no matter what service, no matter what, you know, thing that is taking place, you know, I'll give you the roadmap, but you have to drive the car. And this is something I'm starting to say to all of my online coaching clients because, hey, while our online coaching service is tremendous and we can give you the roadmap, you still have to do the work. You still have to put that work in and, you know, I'll be able to teach you the habits and the formulas, but you're going to have to apply them. So this is just something to think about if you are looking to sign up for our online coaching service, which is, you know, 98% success rate. Make sure to tune into our Thursday episode. But just remember, you can't hire someone to do the pushups for you. You have to do them. And, you know, just a lot of times you got to push past that, you know, uncomfortable position where you just want to be lazy and just let someone else do the work. You still have to do it yourself. Yeah, it's incredibly well said. And that's something I say quite often.

I'm going to make it as abundantly clear as it can be. You're going to be on the straight and narrow. We're going to account for, you know, things that could pop up and we're going to work through every obstacle together. But saying so, at the end of the day,

I can't go in there and push the workouts hard for you, have you do the workouts, have you, you know, put these good things in your mouth, you know, I can do everything telling you what to do it, encouraging you to do it, holding you accountable to doing it, giving you systems to do it. But at the end of the day, you do need to get up and just do it sometimes. And, you know, some days we'd be like oh you, you know, I just, I want to eat a huge pizza or I want to deviate from my diet or I want to skip a workout. And, you know, it's all about really having that discipline and that ability to just say, hey, you know what? I'm going to get through this. I'm going to keep going. And that's something we really like to encourage people. but I will say it sure is a lot easier to do the push-ups when you know how many you're doing, when you should be doing them, what's the best way to be doing them as opposed to just going to a gym being like, what the heck should I do? It's like, you know, if Kyle says, hey, yo, meet me at this spot. And I'm like, what spot? And he's like, I'll drive, you'll find it. I'm going to be like, there's no way, you know, like you need directions.
