I think I want to talk about using some sort of tool to help me gauge like how much food I actually need.

Like when I am actually hungry and when I am actually fool because I feel like I'm really bad at that.

I actually had like a pretty good week this week. I had a lot of successes over the weekend like that I was

really proud of. That's awesome like I felt like I did pretty well overall I mean there were a couple of days where the activity wasn't good and I haven't really done a great job with my water goal the last couple of days but well I got back to it yesterday

so that was good but I still like I'm still gaining weight so even though I

feel like I've made a lot of improvements in my nutrition, there's obviously still something going on.

And I mentioned to you before, like especially when I was on vacation the other week like sometimes I just eat to the point where I'm like overly full

But I don't realize it until it's too late.
