Because to me perfectionism is nothing but destructive. I don't see that drive of perfectionism. I'm like no no that drive is unhealthy and toxic.

It's great to somebody have friends which you can really share these things

with that you find difficult. I look at things differently. I'm much less

frustrated. How I would describe the group is that it's more than accountability.

It's so much more than that.

It's community, it's learning, it's practicing what we learn and problem solving through it.

It's structure and that structure is so helpful not just to have it but to practice being in structure and seeing how that goes and the impact it has.

The accountability is helpful as well, both with the group as well as with each of the sessions.

We have this shared levels of commitment to making this change in our lives that is almost impossible to find out in the world otherwise.

This isn't something like a class that you go to and just listen to.
