Today’s episode is the final installment of our special series of mastermind sessions we recorded with a small group of the ADHD reWired Coaching and Accountability Group alumni. This episode is Tina’s turn in the hot seat. When you listen, think about what questions you would have asked and what ideas you would have shared. Hi, my name is Katie. I'm 30 and from Brooklyn, New York and I joined this group because at the time I feel like I was so lost in my life and things were falling apart. I was literally about to get fired from my job of three years. I was about to break up with my boyfriend. We were on the verge of like breaking up from all the frustrations and we've been together for 10 years.

Everything in my life just felt like it was wrong and I was like the worst person ever I was always wrong and I've been listening to the podcast for a while I got diagnosed a year ago. I've been listening to the podcast since then and I've always heard about the accountability group and I was always interested in it and I was like, oh, that would be cool to join one day.

2:25.0

Clearly the course didn't fix everything about me but I think that's never going to happen.

2:30.0

I now accept that and I can chisel away the hard aspects of my life and that includes

2:34.9

like planning my time and gasping a year which is crazy to me but I'm really
