Hello, my beautiful beans and welcome to the episode of today. So today's episode, I'm going to be

talking about dealing with feelings of anxiety. This is a huge one. This is one that I feel like

we can all get something out of, whether you're someone that consciously has anxious and

stressful thoughts, ruminating all the time, spiraling thoughts, or whether you're someone that consciously has anxious and stressful thoughts ruminating all the time, spiraling thoughts,

or whether you're someone that's, you know, every so often, occasionally you get plagued with these kind of intrusive thoughts or stressful thoughts or really anxious thoughts.

So I'm going to be going through a whole bunch of steps.

around five steps. Let's say how we go. And I'm going to help you walk yourself through all these

thoughts and you're going to find some tools that are going to help you deal with these thoughts

because it's not about how to forget about them, how to suppress them,

it's about how to approach them in the most productive way possible in a way that you're still

paying attention to what needs attention, but you're also not letting it consume your life

because you can't avoid stress or drama in your life.

That's just not possible, you know, unless you live

in a rock and then you're probably just going to be, not in a rock, but under a rock, and then you're

probably just going to be extremely unfulfilled. So with life comes anxiety and stress and situations

that don't go your way. But what you want to aim to achieve or what you want to train yourself up to do is to be able

to have these things occur, be able to kind of compartmentalize them and have them be

proportionate to the rest of your life. And what I mean by proportionate is sometimes

there'll be one stressor and we let it take over every aspect of our life our full

attention we think about it all the time we can't enjoy our social time we can't enjoy our time with

our family or our partners we're stressed at work we're stressed you know it's just it's all
