Conflict worth the risk.

That's right.

Conflict is something we've talked about a lot over the years.

It's so important it's

essential to any team any decision-making process and yet as much as we've

talked about talked about it as much as we believe in it, it is still so hard.

And there are reasons why people don't do it.

And the benefits are worth the risk that's involved.

And what we realize this, every time you engage in conflict you are

taking a risk and maybe we need to make that clearer because in the past we

probably haven't. It's always a risk. The question is is the reward worth that risk?

And that's what we're going to talk about today.

Yeah, so maybe we should click for a minute into what that risk is,

because I think we all feel unsettled in conflict.
