Hakim are you ready to go? Yeah, I'm ready to go. Awesome. So I've been telling the audience now for two episodes that we are going to break down a simple routine that we can do at home to start getting control of our fitness.

So why don't we start by you just sort of running through what that routine is,

explain it to us, and then I'm sure I'm going to have a million questions, so

All right, well, a simple routine that you can do is, it's one of two things. I mean, it depends on when how your work schedule works out.

If you are someone who has a nine to five, I wouldn't look at it as a bad thing. You're actually very lucky in that you could wake up and have 30 minutes to yourself right in the morning.

If you go to sleep on time, you can wake up a well enough time to work out, take a shower, relax, have breakfast, and then go to work.

And easy, easy workout strategy, if you haven't been working out and if you have New Year's
