Number one, take care of yourself first.

When you are constantly taking care of everyone else, it is critical that you type

time to do something for yourself.

And this may mean that you have to say no to somebody else.

Number two, gratitude, every morning, list everything you have to be grateful for.

At any time during the day, you can press the reset button by focusing on all of your

blessings and feel it's loving embrace.

It is the quickest way to shift your energy from negative to positive.

Number three, forgiveness, pay attention to your thoughts around every situation.

If you're feeling anything but love, there's likely someone you need to forgive.

Many times we have to forgive ourselves as well.

Remember, forgiving is all about setting you free from the negative feelings you're

Your perspective is the lens in which you view the world.
