Through fasting and prayer, we observe several remarkable individuals in scripture who have made a difference for the kingdom. We look at Daniel, Esther, Ezra, and Nehemiah, and the impact they made for God's people. The same tools are made available to Christians today, if we will use them. Consider making fasting and prayer a part of your routine - it makes a difference when God's people do.

0:05.0	darkness doesn't overwhelm light.
0:08.0	Light is diminished to the point that the darkness intensifies.
0:11.0	And we've been confused. We've been deceived, we've been a bit of sleep, we've been told that we don't need to care about that, we just need to be sure we get our prayer right, so we get our name on the right list in heaven and we're good to go.

1:07.0	Proverbs 14 in verse 34 says righteousness exalcination but sin is a disgrace to any people
1:18.0	God's been doing something in my heart for several weeks. I'm more convinced than I have ever been that what God says in his word he means.
1:27.0	When the Bible says that God knows when a sparrow falls to the ground I believe God has an accurate count of the sparrows to the ground. I believe God has an accurate count of the sparrows that hit the ground yesterday.
1:37.0	When the scripture says that God knows how many hairs are on your head, I believe he has an accurate count this morning. And for some of us that's not so easy.
1:47.0	I don't think it's speaking metaphorically or in a poetic way. I believe God means what he says.
1:55.0	In fact, I'm a bit amused, not amused, concerned
