all right welcome to episode 23 so today I'm gonna talk about something that I

really believe in and that offers me a lot of contentment in life and I'm

pretty content due I'm gonna talk about the fact that I'm confident that

everything in life can be figured out everything can be solved and if it can't

that you can learn to figure out how to deal with the consequences and that

makes me really happy that realization it makes me very optimistic in life and I

think relative to other people I think I'm much more laid back and confident as

a result because I'm I know that I'm heading in the right direction so I'm

gonna talk about that today and I have some practical ideas and how you can kind

of adopt this mindset as well in your life because I think it'll really help

you also real quick I wanted to say thank you I want to say thanks for all the
