that I will always remember. Phil is an incredibly inspiring person to spend time with, not only

because the work that she has done and continues to do really is the epitome of what it means to be a change maker.

She was one of the co-founders of UK Black Pride.

She's now an executive director of an organisation called the Collidoscope Trust,

who worked to uphold human rights of the LGBTIQI plus people across the world.

But she also just has this real generosity of spirit and optimism

and just inclusion, which I guess is no surprise,

that shines through in everything that she says and that she does.

It just felt like such a pleasure and a privilege to spend time with her
